Our genomics facility, situated on the 7th floor of Guy’s Tower is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation providing a comprehensive range of applications allied to Illumina equipment and other platforms, for genomic sequencing, genotyping and gene expression studies.
Our High Performance Computing Cluster enables researchers to more quickly analyse, store and archive the vast quantities of data generated.
The genomics facility is a key element of the core facilities which are provided to members of our Faculty of Translational Medicine.
