Equipment
Applied Biosystems 3730xl sequencer is capable of running 96 and 384 well plates in ~1 hour and up to 16 plates can be stacked in the machine to be automatically loaded in succession. Sequence runs are automatically analysed using ABI’s Sequence Analysis™, while fragment analysis is performed in GeneMapper™ software.
